Before the Day
Part of the Auction Day process is for Lisa to inspect the property prior to the big day. This extra time and care taken allows her to get a hands-on feel for the property and to experience first hand what the vendors have loved about living there.
The "before the day' inspection also enables Lisa to talk with the agent and the vendor and to find out if there are any special instructions for the day.
